Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee software development activities, managing timelines, budgets, resources, and dependencies to ensure on‑time delivery
  • Track progress, identify and mitigate risks and blockers, and facilitate communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
  • A minimum requirement of a bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in an information systems, physics or electronics related scientific or engineering discipline, or other relevant scientific discipline, and 2 years post‑related experience.
  • A recognised formal Project Management qualification, such as PRINCE2 or PMP
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in managing software development or IT projects with proven track record of successful delivery in complex technical environments
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and risk management skills with ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project and operational risks while translating complex requirements into actionable plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across technical and non‑technical audiences
  • Professional experience with project management tools, collaboration platforms, and documentation systems (e.g. Azure DevOps, JIRA, etc.)
  • Understanding of IT service delivery, operational workflows, and procurement processes
  • Good level of spoken and written English
