Context:

As an IT Business Analyst, you are responsible for managing the lifecycle of business and functional requirements, including gathering requirements from stakeholders, defining and designing business and functional needs, aligning and prioritizing requirements based on the product vision, and monitoring development using appropriate methodologies.

You oversee software implementation iterations, ensuring practices, rules, and values are understood and behaviors are compliant with Trace One methodology. You ensure that goals, scope, and product domain are clear to all team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead workshops with customers to capture and document requirements.
  2. Manage multiple projects simultaneously according to statements of work.
  3. Deliver system design elements, including data migration rules, business rules, and prototypes.
  4. Collaborate with Project Management, Product, Regulatory, and other departments to design solutions that meet project constraints.
  5. Design solutions in collaboration with the Enterprise Solution Architect, documented in the Business Blueprint.
  6. Refine and document detailed user requirements, providing clarity for Development and QA teams.
  7. Work with project teams to enforce best practices and optimize core product reuse, refining requirements with Professional Services and end customers as needed.
  8. Validate products during development phases following project-specific methodologies.
  9. Support QA testing, including developing user acceptance criteria.
  10. Assist with training for Services, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  11. Develop and share expertise in PLM solutions.
  12. Contribute to business case development for innovation proposals.
  13. Support Sales and Pre-Sales teams with RFIs and RFPs when needed.
  14. Coordinate with third-party entities like system integrators and consultants.

  • Ability to demonstrate software and communicate at both business and technical levels.
  • Proactive leader capable of facilitating requirement sessions.
  • Quick learner of new products, systems, and technologies.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel for requirements gathering.
  • Experience in PLM software implementation, preferably in the food & beverage industry.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Education and Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in functional requirements, use cases, business process modeling, and related diagrams, ideally in Food & Beverage.
  • Knowledge of the full SDLC.
  • Experience with software design and modeling tools like UML.

Expected to travel domestically and internationally.
