Position

Inside Sales (all genders) – joining our growing Sales Team.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage the entire sales cycle—from the first contact to closing the deal.
  • Take full ownership of your pipeline and sales strategies to convert leads into customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide the best solutions for healthcare professionals.
  • Unlock real growth opportunities based on your performance and results.
  • Play a key role in achieving AlfaDocs’ ambitious goals and contributing directly to our success.
Requirements
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales (preferably SaaS or healthcare) managing the entire sales cycle end‑to‑end—from lead qualification to deal closure.
  • Strong ability to drive and manage commercial negotiations, handle objections, and guide prospects toward a successful buying decision.
  • A consultative and value‑driven approach, building trusted, long‑term relationships through active listening, transparency, and tangible outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal: empathetic, clear, and adaptable to different customer profiles and tones.
  • Skilled in delivering product demos, uncovering customer needs, and translating those needs into tailored solutions by recommending relevant modules and services.
  • Strong negotiation skills regarding pricing, contractual terms, and conditions.
  • Fluency in Italian (native level) and advanced proficiency in English (B2/C1) for internal communication.

Administrative Information

  • Salary: Fixed salary 30–33k + 12k OTE (on target earnings).
  • Location: Accademia Tecniche Nuove, Via Eritrea 21, 20157 Milano.
  • Office model: Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
  • Working hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00, 1‑hour lunch break.
  • Trial period: 30 days.
  • Start date: September/October 2025.
