Due to the growth of our team, Intellisync is looking for an ITSM Specialist with strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and advanced expertise in ITSM platforms — particularly BMC Helix .

The ideal candidate has proven experience in configuring, customizing, and managing ITSM platforms to support the implementation and optimization of processes such as Incident, Request, Change, Problem, and IT Asset Management.

You will collaborate with customer IT teams to ensure that implemented solutions are aligned with ITIL best practices and business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Configure, customize, and administer the customer’s ITSM platform to support ITSM processes
  • Manage the implementation of ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Request Management
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the ITSM platform
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to improve and optimize business processes
  • Ensure all implementations adhere to ITIL best practices
  • Monitor and optimize system performance
Qualifications

You will receive a positive evaluation if you have :

  • 2–3 years of experience with BMC Helix (formerly Remedy) or other ITSM solutions
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and ITIL best practices
  • Ability to configure and customize ITSM modules on BMC Helix
  • Experience in troubleshooting and supporting ITSM platforms
  • Skills in integrating ITSM platforms with other enterprise systems
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability
  • Customer-oriented communication style
  • ITIL and / or BMC Helix certifications (preferred)
