La posizione prevede la gestione delle importazioni, con un contratto a termine o indeterminato a seconda dell'esperienza. Richiesta conoscenza delle procedure doganali e capacità comunicative in inglese.

Competenze

• Almeno 2 anni di esperienza nel ruolo, preferibilmente con spedizionieri.
• Ottima conoscenza delle procedure doganali e delle normative internazionali.

Mansioni

• Gestire le spedizioni di importazione, monitorando tutte le fasi del processo.
• Preparare e controllare la documentazione doganale.

Structured company located in La Spezia, operating in maritime, logistics, and customs operations, is seeking a resource for the role of:

IMPORT OPERATIVE EMPLOYEE

The candidate will be inserted into the operational office and will handle activities related to the import of goods from foreign countries.

Responsibilities

• Managing import shipments (sea/air/land), monitoring all phases of the process;
• Preparing and checking customs documentation (DDT, customs bills, letters of credit, certificates of origin);
• Communicating with clients, suppliers, and international shippers;
• Coordinating with customs and relevant authorities for proper import procedures;
• Managing shipping costs and verifying invoices;
• Monitoring timelines and resolving operational issues.

We offer direct placement in the company, with fixed-term or permanent contract based on the candidate's experience. Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Full-time working hours are as follows:

• Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 12:30 and 14:30 to 18:30

Work location: LA SPEZIA (SP)

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the role (at least 2 years), preferably with freight forwarders or companies involved in import/export;
• Deep knowledge of customs procedures and international regulations;
• Excellent command of IT tools (Excel, shipping management software);
• Good knowledge of English;
• Precision, proactivity, and ability to work in a team.
