Job Purpose

The Trade Marketing Specialist will join the Trade Marketing team and support the execution of initiatives aimed at maximizing brand visibility, strengthening in-store presence, and improving commercial performance across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Sales team to build and monitor the Customer Plan, including assortment, commercial policy and campaign performance.
• Support the planning and implementation of Trade Marketing activities.
• Analyze sell-in and sell-out data, as well as key KPIs, to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare periodic reports summarizing activities and commercial impact.
• Support the S&OP Process through building the Demand Plan Forecast.
• Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives with Marketing and Sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Previous experience of at least 3 years in Trade Marketing, Marketing, or Sales.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools.
• Ability to manage priorities and work autonomously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented and proactive mindset.
