As HSE Officer , you will respond to the H&S Domestic Onshore Projects Manager and be part of the HSE Function within the HSE E&C ONSHORE PROJECTS Department .

How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities :

• Implementation and Monitoring of the HSE System
• Support the application of the Company HSE Policy and HSE Management System at the site.
• Verify the adequacy of the Site HSE Plan, update documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Risk Assessment and Operational Controls
• Perform Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA).
• Supervise Subcontractor activities to ensure compliance with all applicable HSE procedures.
• HSE Training, Awareness, and Communication
• Organize and coordinate training activities, HSE meetings, and awareness programs.
• Promote personnel indoctrination and the dissemination of HSE culture.
• Inspections, Audits, and Incident Management
• Plan and participate in inspections, audits, and HSE walk-arounds.
• Manage incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Reporting, Statistics, and Continuous Improvement
• Prepare periodic HSE reports and update site statistics.
• Monitor performance against objectives and propose recovery / improvement plans.

What are we looking for?

Education : Technical degree or high school diploma

Experience : 2-5 years' experience preferably in structured industrial companies.

Languages : English (B1-B2)

Technical Skills : Knowledge of HSE management systems, Risk assessment and hazard management expertise, Audit, inspection, and HSE reporting capabilities, HSE training and communication skills, Emergency management and incident response.
