The Impact You'll Have:

As HRIS Specialist reporting directly to the Head of HR Information System you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our HR systems and data processes. Your work will empower our HR team with accurate accessible and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining and optimizing the core Human Capital Management (HCM) system ensuring smooth operation and continuous improvement.
• Creating and managing reports and dashboards within the system to deliver actionable HR insights.
• Collaborating with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to gather requirements and configure HR processes.
• Supporting and training super users who use the HRIS for advanced purposes beyond basic usage.
• Working closely with the Head of HR Information System to follow system updates and deliver strategic value.
• Using data analytics and data science tools to extract insights and support data-driven HR decisions.
• Ensuring data accuracy integrity and compliance with GDPR.
• Bringing knowledge of personnel cost data and support related reporting as a plus.

The Attitudes and Skills We're Looking For:

• Experience in HRIS or HR data management preferably with Workday or similar platforms.
• Comfortable with data analytics tools like Power BI and open to learning new technologies.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and process focus.
• Good communication skills to translate technical info into user-friendly language.
• Proactive collaborative and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent English other languages are a plus.
