You will support operations teams in redesigning workflows and implementingcutting-edgesolutions across multiple areas, including merchant services, customer operations, digital banking, fraud, and disputes.

Who We are Looking For

• You have graduated within the past 12 months or will graduate by June 2026 with a master’s degree in Engineering, STEM disciplines, Project Management, or a related analytical field, and are available to work full-time.
• You have a strong analytical mindset and a creative approach with the ability to rethink existing processes. You have solid foundations in process analysis methodologies and data science, complemented by strong project management skills.
• You also have basic proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Power BI) and Python, along with familiarity with AI concepts and automation tools.
• You are fluent in Italian and English.
• You bring international experience, whether through study, work abroad, or collaboration in a global environment.
• You are a career starter with no more than one year of professional experience.
• You have the legal right to work in Italy (e.g., residency, visa).
