A growing multinational organisation in Castelfidardo is seeking an Inhouse Corporate Lawyer for its Legal & Compliance function. You will play a central role in the development of the Group Compliance Program, contributing to key policies, risk assessments, and cross-functional legal support. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience, a law degree, and solid knowledge of compliance frameworks. • 5–7 years of experience in legal and/or compliance roles, preferably within multinational organisations or law firms.
• Solid knowledge of key compliance and governance frameworks.

• Support the Group Compliance Program, working closely with the Group General Counsel.
• Act as a legal business partner to corporate functions.
• Provide cross-functional legal support including contract review.
