A technology company in sustainable land use seeks a GIS Business Analyst to bridge geospatial intelligence with business objectives. This role involves collaborating with clients to address sustainability challenges using advanced geospatial data analytics. The ideal candidate has 3-6 years of experience in GIS or business analysis, proficiency in GIS platforms and data analysis tools, and strong communication skills in English. This full-time position is based in Florence, Italy, with a hybrid work model.
GIS Business Analyst – Forest, Land and Agriculture (FLAG) Supply Chain & GeoAI Solutions at Chloris Geospatial. You will serve as the link between geospatial intelligence, business objectives, and technical teams—enabling data-driven decisions in sustainable land-use and supply chain initiatives. You’ll help translate satellite data and FLAG-specific insights into actionable strategies for clients pursuing deforestation-free, climate-aligned sourcing. Reporting directly to the Solution Leader, FLAG Supply Chain & GeoAI, you will contribute to Chloris’ Solutions Business line by developing tailored solutions for FLAG-sector customers.
This is a full-time position in our new European hub in Florence, Italy. We support a hybrid work environment with in-person and on-site collaboration in our Florence office space.
Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
