Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Provide accounting and clerical support to the purchasing and accounts departments,
  • Daily enter the key data of financial transactions in database,
  • Process invoices and expenses reports accurately,
  • Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records,
  • Reconcile accounts in timely manner,
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies,
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven accounting experience, preferably as Stock keeper or Accounts payable clerk
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports,
  • Knowledge of MS Office and accounting software Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred
