The O pportunity

In Worldlines fast-moving payments universe trust is the most valuable currencyand the Financial Crime Controller is the architect who keeps that currency strong as the business grows. The AML team is a focused mission-driven squad turning signals into decisive actions to defend millions of transactions without slowing customers down.

As Financial Crime Controller you own the end-to-end risk frameworkfrom onboarding and screening to investigations and regulatory reporting. Youll design and refine controls governance KPIs and KRIs ensuring theyre rigorous yet scalable as Worldline expands..

This role stands out because youll partner with Internal Audit report to senior leadership and the Board and preserve independence of control functions while keeping close business collaboration. Youll blend analytics automation and hands-on leadership to turn risk into a business enabler readying Worldline for regulators and trusted across the global payments ecosystem.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Support the AML Compliance Officer in providing guidance advice and challenge to the Business on the application of Policies Procedures and processes in relation to Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing Sanctions and Embargoes matters.
  • Execution of the risk assessment exercise related to aml risk
  • Execution of the 2 line of defense AML controls
  • Support on the implementation of the reporting activities (Regulators Governance Bodies Operational & Group Compliance etc).
  • Support on the proper definition of aml training program in terms of contents participants and methods
  • Evaluate aml systems and ensuring adequate software is in place
