The Senior Finance Manager will act as a strategic finance business partner, supporting commercial and operational teams across European markets. This role combines finance leadership, business partnering, and accounting oversight, ensuring compliance with local and group accounting standards while driving business performance and decision-making.
Act as a strategic finance partner, providing insights on sales, profitability, and performance.
Prepare monthly performance variance analysis, highlighting key drivers and inhibitors.
Support customer pricing decisions and tender participation with the sales team.
Evaluate new product proposals and provide business financials to support decision-making.
Lead and oversee statutory accounting and tax compliance for European subsidiaries.
Manage relationships with local auditors and ensure smooth execution of audits.
Oversee treasury and cash management activities, including forecasts and banking operations.
Develop analytical models to minimise financial risk and enhance credit management processes.
Support the annual budgeting process and provide timely input across business units.
Qualified CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or business partnering.
Strong analytical and data-handling skills, with advanced Excel knowledge.
Experience with SAP / S4 HANA; familiarity with Anaplan and Qlik Sense is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to work across multiple time zones.
Demonstrated ability to supervise and develop a small finance team.
