As Finance Manager for TIP Italy, you will manage day‑to‑day finance operations for our Italian entities and line manage a Finance Assistant. You will work independently while having strong support from our global finance team.
You are reliable, structured, and detail‑focused. You enjoy managing processes independently, but also value being part of a supportive international team. You have experience managing a small finance team and understand how to balance operational delivery with staff development.
