If you are a Field Service Engineer looking for a hands‑on role where you can work directly with customers and advanced measurement technology, this position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills and make an impact. Based in Seregno (Milan Area) and reporting directly to the Field Instrument Service Coordinator, the Field Service Engineer performs activities necessary for the installation, testing, commissioning, and technical support of Emerson instrumentation at customer sites. All work will be carried out in compliance with Emerson’s safety and quality standards, ensuring reliable performance and customer satisfaction.
You are a technically skilled and hands‑on engineer with a proactive approach to fieldwork. You work well in a team, learn quickly, and can adapt to different environments, from chemical plants to refineries. You take pride in solving complex instrumentation challenges while upholding the highest standards of safety and compliance. With a solid engineering background, strong communication skills, and a readiness to travel, you build trust with customers and colleagues while staying resilient under pressure. You lead by example in promoting a positive safety culture, consistently using tools and participating actively in training, reporting, and incident prevention.
