About the Role
The EMEA CEUS Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the deployment of the CEUS strategy (which includes dedicated medical devices, software & AI) at EMEA level. Acting as a business partner to the Commercial Head of the EMEA Region and reporting directly to the Global Head of the CEUS Platform, this role will be instrumental in driving the CEUS marketing and commercial strategy in the assigned geography, translating Global Platform guidelines at Regional and Country level, supporting the Region & Countries teams to achieve business objectives. This position works closely with the EMEA CEUS Sales Manager, local Country Managers and Distributors, Global and Regional Marketing colleagues.
Main Responsibilities
- Define, in line with Global Platform ambition and overarching strategy, the mid and long‑term winning strategy for positioning the CEUS portfolio at EMEA level.
- Responsible for the prioritization and implementation (along with EMEA CEUS Sales Manager and Head of EMEA Region) of strategic initiatives that drive platform growth at EMEA level.
- Be a conduit to the Global Platform/Product Marketing teams, through the region marketers & commercial leaders and share region‑specific inputs to help bring products, solutions, go‑to‑market strategies that are customized for the region’s needs.
- Oversee the definition and development of core messages, assets and campaigns to be deployed and implemented across regional geographies.
- Support the Strategic Planning process and outcome for CEUS Platform in the EMEA region.
- Supervise industry & market trends, competitive intelligence, market development, pricing, and regulatory changes to inform leadership team and adapt regional business strategy accordingly.
- Collaborate with EMEA management team in the definition/guidance of resourcing allocation over the strategic planning process.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and identify how opportunities for the CEUS product portfolio meets those needs.
- Responsible for the definition of the marketing plan and promotional mix to meet brand/ brands sales objectives and customer/ patient needs in the specific modalities area.
- Ensure consistency across countries for strategic marketing and promotional activities, optimizing resources and cross‑fertilizing commercial initiatives/commercial best practices.
- Continuously monitor and assess country platform needs & performances (incl. KPIs) to proactively develop improvement plans (local or cross‑country) to support EMEA commercial operations.
- Drive alignment and establish strong relationships with Country Managers, local marketing teams and key functions (global & regional).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years in similar roles within pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device or life sciences sector. Experience in ultrasound diagnostic imaging, software, and/or AI is a plus.
- Strong marketing experience in both country and regional levels in the healthcare industry.
- Customer‑focused with a strong understanding of industry and market dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute go‑to‑market plans to achieve sales objectives.
- Proven senior leadership experience, ideally across different countries.
- Ability to build and nurture effective relationships within the matrix by developing strong cooperation with peers within the region, cross‑business, and cross‑function.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, hands‑on attitude, with a resilient mindset able to adapt to a dynamic customer environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Acts as a role model for Bracco culture.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel up to 30‑40%.
