In this full-time role, you will develop structured career pathways, coordinate internships, and promote soft skills to prepare students for the workforce. Ideal candidates will have a BS or MS in Engineering, with strong project management and communication skills, as well as a commitment to equity and inclusion. This position is set to start in January 2026, on-site in Florence, Tuscany, Italy.
