A leading fashion company located in Milan is looking for an experienced E-commerce Specialist to manage on-site activities and drive engagement through digital merchandising. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in e-commerce, a Master's degree, and be fluent in English and Italian. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the brand's digital strategies.

Competenze

• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role preferably within a Fashion & Luxury Company.
• Understanding of website platform technologies and main e-commerce tools.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Manage daily on-site activities executing content updates and digital merchandising initiatives.
• Create and maintain the websites navigation menu and homepage.
• Align on-site activities with brand goals and the editorial calendar.
• Monitor sales performance and respond to optimize product placement.
• Execute content and merchandising analysis and A/B testing.
