  • Maintain active contacts with countries for launching activities and new feature updates, evangelizing new features rolled out over time to ensure adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a demo system in a lab environment, to be used as a demonstration for sales, but also as a test benchmark for the new releases to anticipate new features and ensure readiness for smooth project delivery.
  • Coach and educate local technical support engineers to spread knowledge and make local organizations autonomous in solution deployment. Contributing to the preparation and delivery of training modules related to field installation and commissioning.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with R&D and Product Management to address issues like incidents or bugs, and to define eventual new requirements to ensure customer satisfaction.
