Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer / technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included.

Location

Work in Lisbon, Portugal in the office

About the project

You will be responsible for identifying, reviewing, and resolving issues related to an e-commerce platform. When required, you will escalate more complex cases to ensure timely and effective resolution. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.

Your tasks

• Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Investigate and resolve issues reported by buyers, sellers, customers, or creators, including order and logistics inquiries.
• Review reported issues within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
• Escalate complex or unresolved cases according to company procedures.

What you need

• Fluency in Italian (must be at least C2)
• At least B2 level in English
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

What you will gain

• Standard salary of : 1000 € (gross x 14)
• Performance bonus (gross) : 100€ x 11
• Welcome bonus : 2000€
