The Customer Success Manager engages our customer to drive adoption of the Leica Microsystems image analysis software portfolio. This is a critical function with a clear focus: to successfully onboard, accompany new customers to deliver a positive customer and user experience and turn them into advocates as well as manage renewals. This position reports to the Market Development Manager and is part of the commercial team in EMEA.
