A leading HVAC and plumbing service provider is seeking a dedicated customer service representative to join their team in Lombardia, Italy. This full-time position offers pay between $19 and $21 per hour, with paid training and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and paid time off. Overview

  • Schedule: 4 weekdays - 1 weekend day Full-time

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls. You’ll manage scheduling, handle multi-line phones, and support customers with professionalism and urgency. This is a fast-paced, team-driven role based in-office — not remote.

  • Must report daily to the office (no remote work available)

Weekend and shift flexibility may be required
