Il candidato ideale ha oltre 5 anni di esperienza nella funzione CRM nel settore lusso o moda, ottime capacità analitiche e di comunicazione, e fluente in inglese e italiano. Il ruolo prevede collaborazioni con diversi team e la creazione di report ad alto impatto per stakeholder globali.

We are looking for a CRM Senior Specialist who will be responsible for planning and implementing the CRM global strategy alongside the CRM Manager, playing a key role in executing the CRM roadmap. The CRM Senior Specialist will support the CRM Manager with the implementation and monitoring of the Brand Contact Strategy in terms of One to Many and One to One Activities and will be involved in Clienteling Activities implementation, to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in terms of process and quantitative monitoring. The candidate will work closely with Omnichannel Operations, IT, E-commerce, Client Service and Retail teams, partnering with regional offices worldwide and with different vendors. In addition, the candidate will be pivotal in creating high-impact insights reports to all global stakeholders, including top management, translating complex data into actionable business intelligence, bridging data-driven insights with client engagement. The candidate will also spearhead strategic CRM projects aimed at deepening customer knowledge and journeys, refining clienteling strategies, ensuring an elevated and personalized experience across all touchpoints. The position, based in our HQ in Rome in the CRM team, part of the Omnichannel Department, is ideal for someone who is looking for an exciting opportunity in a fast‑paced environment and is eager to make an immediate impact.

Job responsibilities
  • Support the global CRM strategy by providing actionable insights to key stakeholders;
  • Develop and maintain all recurring performance reports, ensure the integrity of client data to provide a "single source of truth" for the organization;
  • Management and execution of one-to-one CRM campaigns, liaising with regional teams and corporate teams to deliver tailored and effective campaigns;
  • One to many communication activities such as Newsletter development targeting and Newsletter calendar monitoring, in collaboration with regional and HQ teams and with external vendors;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate featured assets and contents;
  • Define and implement advanced segmentation and targeting strategies to maximize engagement and conversion;
  • Promote sustainable practices within CRM initiatives, focusing on reducing environmental impact and fostering long-term customer relationships through responsible engagement strategies;
  • Ensure operational excellence across the 7 regional teams. Distribute key KPIs and best practices across regions to harmonize the global CRM approach;
  • Partner with multiple stakeholders to support the CRM Manager with the coordination of the CRM roadmap projects, with particular focus on Clienteling tools development and enhancement.
Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Engineering or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience within CRM functions within the Luxury or Fashion industry. Experience in top-tier Consulting firms is considered a strong plus.
  • Data driven with strong Analytical skillsProficiency in Salesforce and advanced data analysis tools is considered a strong plus.
  • Ability to think critically, identify solutions and deliver recommendations based on data and analysis.
  • Proven ability to organize multitude of tasks, projects and information simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills and work well in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels and express business needs clearly.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
  • Strong initiative, creative thinking, attention to details.
