WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Core activities.You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements and processes. You will analyze and model business processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency. You will have the opportunity to develop functional specifications and work with technical teams to design solutions that meet business needs. You will assist in the testing of solutions to ensure they meet the specified requirements and function as intended.
• Technologies. You will work with Oracle Siebel IP20 and later.
• Team work. You will join a dynamic and collaborative team passionate about CRM topics. You will work closely with software architects, CRM specialists, developers and testers to design and deliver quality solutions. Our team fosters a culture of knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and innovation. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that your solutions align with real-world needs.
• Academic background. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunication, Electronic, Automation or Robotics Engineering, Management Engineering.
• Valuable expertise. Experience as a CRM Functional Analyst; Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle and software requirements categories; Familiarity with Oracle Sieb.
• Nice to have. Comfortable with Agile development environments and practices.
• Soft skills. Problem-solving and critical thinking skills; Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in dynamic environments; Curiosity towards new technologies/capabilities and a willingness to experiment.
