A leading global motorsports company is looking for a Cost Control & Pricing Analyst to join their Controlling Department. The ideal candidate will support pricing activities, commercial performance analysis, and cost evaluation. Responsibilities include managing pricing analysis, reviewing sales programs, and preparing commercial performance reports using BI tools. The role requires a degree in Economics or related fields and at least 5 years of relevant experience, along with strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude.

Competenze

• At least 5 years of experience in pricing analysis and cost evaluation.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to handle complex datasets.
• Fluent command of English, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Manage pricing analysis and coordinate with Sales for price approval.
• Review and approve commercial sales programs.
• Evaluate and approve sales plans for phase-out products.
• Analyze and approve year-end bonus schemes for major accounts.

Cost Control & Pricing Analyst

To join our Controlling Department. The ideal candidate will support pricing activities, commercial performance analysis, and cost evaluation across multiple geographies, working closely with Product Development, Sales, and other key business functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage pricing analysis, from target cost definition to coordination with Sales for price approval.
• Review and approve commercial sales programs (pre-booking).
• Evaluate and approve sales plans for phase-out products.
• Analyze and approve year-end bonus schemes for major accounts.
• Use BI tools to prepare commercial performance reports.
• Conduct sales dilution analysis by geographic area.
• Analyze product purchasing costs.
• Assess COGS across multiple hubs and regions.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in this field.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent command of the English language (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex datasets.
• Proactive attitude and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
