Main Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up tables with attention to detail
• Collaborate with the team to ensure impeccable service
• Ensure the work area is always clean and tidy
• Greet and assist customers with courtesy and professionalism
• Interpret the culinary needs of the clientele
• Sell the company's products and services
• Serve food and beverages to diners
• Clean and tidy the operational area
• Strictly adhere to hygiene and health standards

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food and hygiene
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Have a good command of English
• Knowledge of gastronomy, national and regional cuisine
• Knowledge of enology, wine and beverage service
