What is the challenge?

MAIN ACTIVITIES

• System administration: Configure, maintain, and update the CMMS platform to ensure the accuracy of asset and maintenance data.
• Work order management: Create, schedule, and monitor work orders for preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Reporting and KPIs: Generate reports on maintenance performance, downtime, and cost analysis to support decision‑making.
• Process optimization: Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to improve workflows and system utilization.
• Compliance: Ensure that maintenance documentation complies with regulatory and internal standards (e.g., GMP for the pharmaceutical industry).
• Training: Provide training and support to users on CMMS functionality.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Automation engineering.
• Solid knowledge of CMMS (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, Infor EAM).
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of maintenance and asset management processes.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (GMP, ISO standards) is considered a plus.
