We are looking for a motivated and brand-driven Niche Brand Manager to join our Marketing team, reporting to the Niche & Wellness Marketing Manager. The role will be responsible for the development and execution of brand strategies for a portfolio of niche beauty brands. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and international beauty environment, contributing to brand growth, visibility, and consumer engagement through strong marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Plans: balancing a consumer centric approach and the Brand long term Vision, recommends to Niche & Wellness Marketing Manager the Brand Strategy and annual marketing plan, suggesting priorities for the construction of Trade/Marketing calendar. Collect information inside the organization (sales team and retail team) and outside (consumer shopper research, NPD, Nielsen, Competitors Analysis) to support the decision process;
  • Business planning: a deep and complete knowledge of the P&L of the brand and its main business levers (including product and promo forecasting), support the Niche & Wellness Marketing Manager to identify opportunities and risks in the development of the brand proposing eventual action plans;
  • Pricing Management: Support HQ in pricing analysis and recommendations, update price lists in the pricing portal after finalization between Niche & Wellness Marketing Manager and prepare price list for the company (printed and digital);
  • Business Intelligence: Analyses data for internal and external use. Give support for specific analysis: launches, formats, prices, competition. Provide comments;
  • Budget: support the Niche & Wellness Marketing Manager to the management implementation of the local budget for the Niche portfolio, being guided by a ROI mindset.

Competences:

Ideally, the person we are looking for this position should possess:

  • Degree in Marketing, Economics or related fields;
  • 3-4 years of experience in the same role preferably within the beauty industry;
  • Brand sensitivity and strong attention to detail;
  • Target-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities;
  • Fluency in Italian and English - Spanish is a plus;
  • Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset.

About your role

Dr Pepper and Canada Dry are two of the world’s most iconic challenger brands, with bold ambition to scale across Europe. This is a rare opportunity to help shape their future in complex, high-potential markets, balancing the entrepreneurial pace of a challenger with the support and resources of a global FMCG leader. As Brand Manager, you will own the full brand and marketing agenda in Italy while also actively supporting Nordic markets (e.g. Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland). Acting as the connector between central strategy and local execution, you will ensure bold ambition translates into meaningful consumer and commercial outcomes. You will lead campaign rollouts, adapt central assets, manage agencies, drive innovation launches, and partner closely with sales, trade marketing, and distribution teams.

What you'll do
Local Market Leadership (~55%)

Lead the brand launch, setup and full marketing execution in Italy, ensuring brand growth and performance.

Build campaign calendars, adapt central assets, and manage agency partners across creative, media, and shopper.

Track KPIs, lead IBP/PMR processes, and ensure timely course correction.

Own the A&P budget allocation and ROI, balancing short-term activation with long-term brand building.

Partner with Sales and Trade Marketing to deliver standout in-store execution and shopper activation.

Act as the go-to marketing lead for the local GM and commercial teams, bringing consumer and shopper insights into strategy.

Cross-Market Support (~20%)

Drive marketing execution, innovation launches and strategy alignment in Nordic markets, collaborating with local teams or licensees.

Share best practices and tools to raise executional standards across the region.

Identify gaps in performance and proactively co-create solutions with local and central teams.

Build strong partnerships with local stakeholders and strengthen regional collaboration.

Local Innovation (~15%)

Lead the execution of innovation launches, ensuring readiness across commercial, supply chain and marketing touchpoints.

Act as project lead through stage-gate processes, liaising with R&D, finance, and commercial teams.

Adapt global portfolio priorities to local timing and needs, ensuring consumer and retail context guide activation.

Partner with Sales and Trade Marketing on sell-in materials and go-to-market execution.

Lead brand planning, MTP and AOP processes for your markets, ensuring alignment between central brand strategy and local market execution.

Provide local consumer and shopper insight to influence campaign and portfolio development.

Contribute to regional initiatives such as toolkit creation, agency management, and cross-market brand forums.

Ensure European brand strategy is fully localised for your markets, influencing central direction with market input.

Solid experience in brand marketing, ideally within FMCG (beverages preferred).
