Sisal, parte del gruppo Flutter, cerca un Lead CRM e Campaign Manager per guidare le campagne nel settore Casino. Il candidato ideale avrà oltre 6 anni di esperienza nel CRM e nella gestione delle campagne, con una forte capacità analitica e di leadership. In questo ruolo, lavorerai per ottimizzare l'esperienza del cliente attraverso campagne personalizzate e gestirai un team dedicato in un ambiente dinamico e innovativo. Competenze

• 6+ anni di esperienza in CRM, promozioni o gestione campagne, preferibilmente nel settore del gioco online.
• Forte comprensione della gestione del ciclo di vita del cliente e delle strategie di segmentazione.
• Provenienza di esperienza nella leadership con capacità di gestire e sviluppare un team.

• Guidare la pianificazione e l'esecuzione di tutte le campagne BTL per il verticale Casino.
• Utilizzare dati avanzati di segmentazione per progettare percorsi campagna personalizzati.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the planning and execution of all BTL campaigns for the Casino vertical, targeting customer segments across the several lifecycles — from retention to reactivation and cross-sell — through tailored offers, incentives and automated promotional journeys through Optimove.
• Leverage advanced segmentation and behavioral data to design personalized campaign journeys that enhance player satisfaction and drive long-term value.
• Own the promotional performance of Casino BTL activity within Optimove, ensuring the design and delivery of impactful offers aligned with player needs and business goals
• Spearhead data-driven insights to optimize promotional spend, improve return on investment, and enhance player lifetime value.
• Manage and mentor a team of CVM Specialists, ensuring effective campaign execution, clear prioritization, and ongoing professional growth. Foster a collaborative, data-driven culture focused on continuous improvement.
• Support operational excellence by ensuring campaigns run smoothly across systems and tools. Act as a point of escalation for Casino BTL promotional issues, partnering with Customer Care and Tech to resolve them quickly and effectively.

What you’ll bring:

• 6+ years of experience in CRM, promotions, or campaign management, ideally in the online gaming industry or a similarly fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, player behavior, and segmentation strategies, with hands-on experience in driving multi-touchpoint promotional campaigns.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team while fostering high levels of ownership and accountability.
• Data-driven mentality, with the ability to interpret performance metrics, extract insights, and turn them into actionable strategies and optimizations.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously and delivering on deadlines.
• An excellent understanding of Casino products and industry and passion for the game.
• Effective communicator, fluent in both Italian and English, with the ability to align and influence across functions and present ideas clearly to senior collaborators.
