Competenze

  • Degree or relevant experience in e-commerce Customer Care for Fashion and Luxury.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

We’re looking for a highly skilled BRAND AMBASSADOR Luxury German to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong attitude for customer care, fluent in languages, empathetic by nature, fashion and international luxury brands enthusiast with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Office : Milano, on site (Duomo, San Babila)

Languages knowledge :

German (B2 / C1)

Tasks :

  • Customer relations with Italian and international customers through phone / chat / e-mail
  • E-commerce and after-sales support : assisting customers in their online purchases

Contract : Full time 8 hours a day (40 hours a week) on shifts 5 days a week.

Qualifications :

  • Degree and / or experience in e-commerce Customer Care Fashion and Luxury.
  • Good knowledge of the main IT tools and specifically of Microsoft Office applications.
