The Job

Product and Brand Information Management and Updates

Product Materials Management

  • Product-to-Market workflow: Manage tasks from implementation to market launch, focusing on communication strategies.
  • Product Information database management: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and updates across all languages, including packaging and listings.
  • Product marketing content management: Manage and refine product listing content, including A+ Content, Shopify pages, images, infographics, videos, and coordinate video updates.

Store Management

  • Update storefronts across Europe and the Middle East in local languages.
  • Manage Amazon marketplace storefronts.
  • Maintain our Shopify storefronts.

Email Workflows

  • Implement and update email workflows throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Write and publish emails adhering to brand and style guidelines.
  • Organize and maintain email workflow systems.

Conversion Optimization through Experiments

  • Design and implement tests for copy, content, pages, emails, and ads.
  • Review weekly experiment data to identify winners and new opportunities.

Coordination of Supporting Services and Team

  • Coordinate and supervise support teams such as video editing, packaging, and translations.

Ad Hoc Projects and Sprint Activities

  • Participate in additional projects based on strengths and organizational needs.

The Profile

Must-Haves

  • 1–2 years’ experience in growth marketing for B2C/DTC companies, with proven customer growth on Amazon and Shopify.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high standards for quality.
  • Strong self-organization, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in English, tech-savvy with tools like Notion, Google Workspace, AI tools, Shopify, WordPress, Amazon Seller Central.
  • Ability to follow and improve internal systems and workflows.
  • Strong research skills for high-quality information gathering.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in STEM fields.
  • Copywriting experience or skills.
  • Additional language skills (German, Spanish, Italian, French, Arabic).
  • Visual content review skills.
