What you will do

The candidate will have to support the Service Sales Manager developing and deploying Service Growth Initiatives working proactively with Country Service Team (both Sales and Operations) and European Service Organization in order to ensure results against pre-defined goals and targets.

How you will do it

Responsibility for but not necessarily limited to the following :

  • Develop and coordinate ad hoc growth initiatives with aim to lead Company Service Value Proposition to the Market;
  • Identify Measure Track and analyse Service KPIs by Line of Business in order to support conscious strategic mid-term decisions;
  • Promote Customer Satisfaction through the focus on NPS acting as Customer Advocate inside the different teams of the organization;
