A leading global consulting firm in Italy seeks a high-performing Manager for their Strategy & Aerospace and Defence Practice. We are seeking to recruit a high performing Manager into our Strategy& Aerospace and Defence Practice.
This role is a unique opportunity to join the growing team in Italy and enter a global network of 4,500 strategy consultants worldwide part of a larger PwC network of more than 370,000 employees.
As a project leader you will have the opportunity to manage complex projects, lead multidisciplinary teams, collaborate with high-profile clients to develop and implement innovative strategies and drive transformational change for prestigious businesses; working with leading International and Italian players in the industry you will be able to drive impactful projects with some of the most influential companies in the sector.
Driving innovation and excellence is in our DNA. Collaborating with our global Strategy& Aerospace and Defence consulting team, you will assist clients in redefining corporate strategies, governing and anticipating future market trends, participating to complex multinational defence programs, devising go-to-market strategies, and many other various topics typical of sector CEO’s agenda.
You will be working with senior stakeholders in the business to challenge and design and deploy innovative and fully comprehensive Aerospace and Defence programs. In addition to building on your demonstrated technical skills, you will use your leadership and emotional capabilities to grow, inspire and mentor others, build strong client relationships, and become respected within the firm as the go-to-person for your areas of expertise.
