Job Title: Accounting Associate
Location: Remote
Working Hours: 15:00–24:00, Monday to Friday

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Associate to manage all accounting activities necessary to maintain the General Ledger. This role is crucial for ensuring the accurate and timely recording of revenues, expenses, assets, and liabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to financial integrity and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations for multiple companies.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports for Controller/CFO review.
  • Maintain the integrity of the general ledger through journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments.
  • Coordinate and perform month-end closing tasks.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, payments, and collections.
  • Reconcile bank and investment accounts daily.
  • Reconcile all balance sheet accounts weekly.
  • Manage vendor relationships, resolve invoice discrepancies, and ensure timely payments.
  • Monitor bank balances and report to management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with Dealer Management Systems is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Advanced level of English (written and spoken) is required.

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma with 10+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience,
    or
  • Associate Degree in Accounting with at least 5 years of related experience.
