A leading English educational institution in Roma is seeking an Academic Coordinator to support teachers and manage student evaluations. Responsibilities include guiding teachers in class preparation, monitoring student progress, and conducting evaluations. Candidates should have advanced English and proficient Italian skills. The position offers a fixed-term or permanent contract, with 30 hours per week and a stimulating work environment, starting in January.

For our school in Roma Trieste or Roma Nomentana we are looking for an Academic Coordinator to join our team!

As Academic Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Follow up and guiding your teachers in class preparation, student evaluation and other events.
• Carrying out follow-up of the students (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings...).
• Conducting evaluations at the end of each trimester / story.
• Constant training to ensure excellence in your work.

Requirements:

• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher) and Italian (C2)

We offer:

• Fixed-term / Permanent contract.
• 30 hours per week with possibility of full-time
• Young and stimulating work environment.
• Start in January.
