Minimum education: Associate Degree (D3) in any major (preferably in Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field)

At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, including team supervision and daily warehouse activities

Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Fluent in English, both spoken and written

Skilled in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with various internal and external customers

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure

Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work both independently and in a team

Main Responsibility :

Supervise and monitor all warehouse activities, including inbound, outbound, inventory control, and storage operations

Ensure warehouse operations run efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company procedures and safety standards

Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on warehouse performance, stock levels, and movement of goods

Oversee the implementation and use of Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure accurate inventory tracking and data integrity

Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Purchasing, Sales, Logistics) to ensure smooth material flow and timely order fulfillment

Lead and manage warehouse staff, including task delegation, performance monitoring, and training

Conduct regular stock-taking and cycle counts, and investigate inventory discrepancies

Ensure proper storage, handling, and labeling of goods according to product requirements

Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and security in accordance with company policies

Serve as a key point of contact for internal customers and support issue resolution related to warehouse operations
