As a Travel Consultant – Tour Planner, you'll take charge of planning detailed tours and coordinating directly with Japanese vendors. If you love impressing people with thoughtful tour arrangements and have a passion for Japanese culture, this is your chance. As a valued team member, you'll also have the exciting opportunity to travel to Japan to accompany client tours, building stronger connections and ensuring a smooth and memorable travel experience.

• Communicate with Japanese vendors through booking, calls, and email coordination on businesses related to the tour such as hotels, restaurants, attraction sites, bus, etc.
• Plan detailed and personalized travel itineraries.
• Arrange schedules for multiple tours.
• Ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience during the tour.
• Anticipate and address potential issues to prevent customer complaints, and skilled in handling complaints with professionalism by providing effective solutions and actionable follow-ups.
• Stay up to date on Japan’s travel trends.

• Proficiency in Japanese (Minimum JLPT N2), specifically speaking in Japanese professional conversation.
• Experience in tour planning or travel coordination.
• Able to multitask to manage multiple tours at once.
• Calm and collected under pressure and able to resolve issues at hand both independently and by working with others.
• Able to elevate matters to a higher manager when needed.
• Passion for people, service, and detail-oriented.
