Job summary

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Business Requirement Management – Collect and summarize service requirements according to standardized administrative business management and service concept processes, identify relevant requirements exceeding the process and SLA framework, develop service delivery plans for individual business modules through outsourcing or in-house resources in line with implementation requirements of standardized institutional processes to meet complex customer needs, identify improvement points in existing business models and suggest improvements.
  • Coordinate Resource Implementation – Allocate external resources according to administrative resource management guidance documents, implement the plan, monitor and resolve problems during implementation, implement service plans following company administrative processes to meet user needs within process framework, collect local resource clues and prepare local resource development reports per guidance documents.
  • Daily Supervision of Service Quality – Process and analyze data per supplier management evaluation process to evaluate daily performance; identify service improvement points based on on-site performance; propose improvement ideas; analyze satisfaction results and identify problems in delivery services and track/close improvement loop.
  • Service Acceptance and Continuous Optimization – Review acceptance evaluations, conduct routine on-site inspections, summarize and analyze acceptance problems, assist in designing local service improvement strategies based on user feedback and satisfaction survey results.
  • Other tasks assigned by leaders.

Good communication skills; clear organization; possesses good execution ability and sense of responsibility.

Job Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or above (preferred graduates from well-known universities/institutions, majors in administrative management, business administration, hotel management, food-related, architectural design, property management, etc.)
  • Experience in large-scale group enterprises, high-influence enterprises across industries, leading enterprises in manufacturing, new energy, international star-rated hotels, etc. is preferred.
  • Work experience in administrative management, catering and hotel management, space planning, business travel, conference management, general affairs, engineering, human resources (possessing one of these) is required.
  • Responsible for on-site delivery of 1-2 administrative/general affairs services with annual service satisfaction reaching target value, or participation in preparation of new base administrative projects.
  • Good command of business etiquette, reception service concepts, project management, change management, compliance and risk control, supplier management, service design and evaluation, customer relationship maintenance, 6S quality management.
  • Good adaptability, effective communication, high-efficiency execution, continuous learning, resource allocation and coordination, process execution ability.
  • Fluent Mandarin; HSK 5 certificate or above preferred.
