Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive L&D strategies for all levels—front line, supervisory, and managerial.
- Design training curriculum for operational roles (Service, Kitchen, Barista, Cashier, Store Leaders) and office roles (HR, Finance, Marketing, etc.).
- Build and update SOP-based training materials, e-learning modules, and competency frameworks.
- Identify training needs through analysis, performance data, and collaboration with Operations & HR.
Execution & Facilitation
- Lead and conduct training sessions: on‑boarding, technical skills, customer service, leadership, and compliance.
- Coach and develop internal trainers and training coordinators across branches.
- Ensure consistent training quality across all restaurant locations.
Monitoring & Evaluation
- Develop assessment tools to measure training effectiveness.
- Track post‑training performance improvements and provide feedback to management.
- Monitor training KPIs: attendance, completion rate, training hours, and competency score improvements.
People Development & Culture
- Build talent development programs for high‑potential employees.
- Support succession planning for key roles in operations and head office.
- Drive a learning culture by promoting continuous skill development and growth mindset.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain training records, reports, and development plans.
- Present monthly training dashboards to Management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Education, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Learning & Development; experience in F&B / Hospitality / Retail is strongly preferred.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Ability to create training modules, manuals, and e‑learning content.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Familiar with competency frameworks and training evaluation methods.
- Able to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑branch environment.
