About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled QMS Manager to join our thriving manufacturing team at PT Interpak Industries Batam' in Batam Kota Riau Islands. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining an effective Quality Management System (QMS) that ensures we consistently deliver high-quality products and services to our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Establish, implement and continually improve the company's QMS in alignment with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage all quality-related processes, procedures and documentation to maintain compliance and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead internal audits and reviews to identify opportunities for optimisation and ensure adherence to QMS.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on quality principles, tools and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Analyse quality data and metrics to identify trends and recommend strategic quality initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and quality standards, and implement changes as required.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior quality assurance or QMS management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• In-depth understanding of quality management principles, tools and methodologies such as IMS (ISO 9001;14001;45001), VLK, FSC, Ecovadis, RBA, etc.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to interpret and apply quality-related regulations, standards and guidelines.
• Proficient in data analysis, reporting and quality management software.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Quality Assurance or Operations Management.
