The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of senior experience and 5 years in the spa industry, possessing strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include reporting to the Resort Manager, developing marketing strategies, and client management. This opportunity is exclusive to Indonesian Nationals.

Overview

Our Client is a 5* Very High End Luxury Boutique Resort. This role will be reporting directly to the Resort Manager. Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.

Profile

• Luxury resort experience is a must
• Minimum 2 years of senior related experience and 5 years of spa industry background
• Previous #1 experience not a must, also a current strong #2 would be considered
• Strong knowledge of working practices and principles in a 5-star hospitality setting
• Coming from Wellness and Spa background
• Well presented, healthy, sociable, outgoing pleasant personality
• Fully knowledgeable of wellness and spa treatments and products including latest trends (spa equipment and value)
• Able to develop and implement marketing strategies as well as manage client databases
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, or hygiene standards
• Proficient in all financial aspects linked to the operation
• Strong leadership skill
• Good command of English, both verbal and written
• Computer literate
• Well organized person
• Excellent interpersonal skills
