Job summary

A leading logistics company in Malang is seeking an experienced warehouse administrator. Responsibilities include inventory management, processing shipments, and maintaining accurate records using WMS/ERP systems. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of relevant experience and a background in supply chain or administration. Proficiency in English is required. This position is based in Singosari, Malang, East Java.

Qualifications

• High school or above with supply chain, administration or data science background is a plus.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in warehouse administration.
• Proficient in WMS/ERP systems and Excel.
• Able to communicate in English for work.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory management using WMS/ERP systems.
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying quantities and inspecting goods.
• Prepare shipping documents and packing lists.
• Assist in order fulfillment (picking, packing, dispatching).
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory management (cycle counts, stock reconciliation) using WMS/ERP systems.
• Process incoming/outgoing shipments (verify quantities, inspect goods, update records).
• Prepare shipping documents, labels, and packing lists.
• Assist in order fulfillment (picking, packing, dispatching).
• Maintain accurate digital and physical records of stock movements.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve discrepancies and meet deadlines.
• Finish the other job assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• High school or above, have related academic background with supply chain, administration, data science are plus point
• Having at least 1 year relevant work experience of warehouse administration
• Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Excel
• Able to communicate in English for work setting
• Willing to be placed in Singosari, Malang, East Java
