Job summary

A mining company in South Kalimantan seeks an experienced Mining Supervisor to lead underground operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Mining Engineering or related field and a minimum of 3–5 years' experience in underground mining. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing operations, and reporting production metrics. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. Applicants must be physically fit for site-based work.

Qualifications

• Government-recognized mining competency certification (LSP Pertambangan / Minerba) required.
• Valid Operational Supervisor certification, minimum POM (POP/POU preferred) required.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in underground mining operations.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead and control daily underground mining operations in accordance with approved work plans and production targets
• Ensure strict implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards
• Ensure compliance with mining regulations, permits, and technical standards
• Supervise and evaluate underground mining methods and operational performance
• Manage manpower, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient operations
• Coordinate with Engineering, HSE, Geology, Production, and Management teams
• Prepare regular reports on production, safety, and operational performance
• Promote a professional, disciplined, and safety-focused work culture

Qualifications

• Physically and mentally fit for site-based work
• Willing to be placed in Rantau Bakula, Sungai Pinang District, South Kalimantan
