We're currently looking for a detail‑oriented UI/UX Specialist for our Head Office in Surabaya. We seek a UI/UX Specialist with a strong focus on user‑centered design and expertise in creating seamless digital experiences across multiple platforms. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the IT team to gather and understand user needs.
• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring smooth user experience and visually appealing designs.
• Conduct user research, testing, and competitor analysis to inform design.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
• Implement designs and ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
