Job summary

Training & Organization Development Specialist

We are looking for a results-oriented and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Organizational Development Specialist; you will play a key role in driving the company’s growth and development through various initiatives, including:

  • Plan and implement organizational development programs, such as training, mentoring, and coaching.
  • Analyze employee development needs and design effective solutions.
  • Develop a positive and productive organizational culture.
  • Facilitate team-building and leadership development activities.
  • Manage employee performance evaluation systems.
  • Conduct research and analyze current organizational development trends.
Qualifications
  • Minimum education of Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or related field from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in organizational development.
  • Preferably have experience in a Construction / Contractor company.
  • Understand the basic concepts of organizational development, such as organizational change models, organizational design, and organizational culture development.
  • Well trained as trainer and have certification.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Have good communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Have good data analysis skills.
  • Ready to join immediately.
