Job summary

A growing training company in Indonesia is seeking a Training Supervisor to deliver training programs and evaluate their effectiveness. Primary Job Role:

Training Supervisor is responsible for delivering and providing the program as per the company’s needs, do curriculum review and modification as needed, and evaluation of training programs using various feedback methods.

Job Description:
  1. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify company training needs
  2. Evaluate Desk Collection/Customer Service/Credit Analyst/QA performance to gauge where skills are lacking
  3. Create training programs to address skill gaps in employees
  4. Prepare learning materials for training and development programs
