Responsibilities

• Ensure that the activities of the Trading Desk Supervisor align with national purchase targets.
• Execute development processes for team succession and regeneration.
• Implement improvements to the Trading Desk department's workflow.
• Negotiate unit sale margins with the Sell-In Team and Dealer Consultant Team.
• Approve sales margins proposed by the Trading Desk Supervisor.
• Monitor daily reconciliation of sales data conducted by the Trading Desk Supervisor.
• Coordinate with stores for dealer-to-dealer units and purchase approvals.
• Perform cancellations in the AA1 system for vehicles with an underclaim status.
• Collaborate with relevant parties to resolve Trading Desk issues.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the activities of the Trading Desk Supervisor are executed to achieve the predetermined national purchase targets.
• Execute the development process for subordinates to realize the succession/cadre regeneration process.
• Implement improvements to the existing workflow within the Trading Desk department.
• Negotiate prices with the Sell-In Team and the Dealer Consultant Team regarding unit sales margins.
• Approve the sales margins proposed by the Trading Desk Supervisor.
• Monitor the daily reconciliation of sales data and sales margins performed by the Trading Desk Supervisor.
• Coordinate with stores regarding dealer‑to‑dealer units (trading data and purchase approval).
• Perform cancellations in the AA1 system for vehicles with an underclaim status.
• Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve issues related to the Trading Desk.
