Job summary

A leading textile machinery company in Indonesia is seeking a Sales Manager to drive business growth in factory spare parts. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Textile/Industrial Engineering or related fields, with a minimum of 5 years in sales and strong leadership skills. Responsibilities include designing sales strategies, developing market opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams. Proficiency in CRM systems and a valid driver's license are required. Knowledge of English or Mandarin is an added advantage.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years in sales within the textile industry or 2 years in a managerial position.
  • Understanding of textile production processes and the need for machine components.
  • Proficiency in English or Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities
