A leading shopping mall developer is seeking a Tenant Relation Supervisor in Bogor to provide strategic leadership to the Tenant Relations team. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in tenant relations or shopping mall operations. Key responsibilities include conducting inspections, managing tenant complaints, and ensuring operational compliance. The ideal candidate is proficient in English and willing to work on shifts, including weekends. This position presents an exciting opportunity in a vibrant shopping environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communication, Public Relations, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the shopping mall industry, specifically in Tenant Relations
Experience in shopping mall operations is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of daily tenant relations and communication practices
Capable of supporting tenants in achieving sales targets through effective coordination and communication
Strong analytical skills to assess tenant business issues and implement appropriate solutions.
Good understanding of financial statements and cost control.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with tenants and business partners.
Proficient in English (both spoken and written)
Must be willing to commute or relocate to Sentul City – Bogor
Willing to work on shift schedules, weekends, and public holidays
Job Description
Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the Tenant Relations team to ensure strict adherence to SOPs while achieving operational and performance targets.
Ensure a positive and professional image of mall management by conducting daily inspections of tenant stores, including physical conditions (storefront, hygiene, merchandise arrangement, promotional displays) and store activities (opening and closing hours, stock opname, etc.), in line with AEON Mall’s operational standards and vision.
Conduct regular checks to ensure tenant store operations comply with applicable regulations and coordinate proactively with tenants in case of non-compliance.
Monitor overall mall operational areas on a daily basis to ensure smooth tenant operations and provide assistance when operational issues arise.
Identify, handle, and coordinate tenant complaints with the Tenant Relations team and related departments to ensure effective resolution and continuous improvement.
Monitor and evaluate the completion status of corrective actions related to tenant complaints and ensure proper closure.
Manage tenant-related administrative tasks, including correspondence, documentation, filing, and forms, to support smooth tenant operations and maintain updated sales tenant databases.
Liaise and communicate actively with internal stakeholders within AEON Mall to ensure smooth mall operations and achieve high customer satisfaction.
